Recruitment, Training & Payment Policy
All individuals selected by the system for recruitment are required to participate in the Elixir Bootcamp for 12 weeks at the beginning of the recruitment process.
Conditions of the 12-Week Bootcamp
During this period:
- Every 10 minutes, after approval by the supervisor, 10,000 EX9630 will be deposited from the foreign exchange reserve fund to the individual's ID Card account.
Note: During the 12-week bootcamp period, no cash payments (rials or dollars) will be made to the employee. All payments will be made solely in token form and in accordance with the mechanism defined in the ecosystem.
Requirements at the Start of Bootcamp
At the start of the 12-week course, individuals are required to:
- Install the Linchpin369 application and continue to work on it regularly
- Actively participate in the Telegram games of the series
- Use the EX963 token, which is deposited into the individual's account in the ID Card, to:
- Log in to the NFT Marketplace site
- Exchange tokens with NFT and Coin
- Participate in economic activities defined in the ecosystem
⚠️ Important: Lack of continuous activity or failure to comply with the above requirements can lead to the evaluation process being stopped or removal from the course.
End of Course & Salary Payment
After the end of the 12-week course, if the final evaluation is successful and the individual's performance is confirmed:
- Payment of real dollar salaries will begin
